2) How can we promote and get faculty to use the Canvas advising training course?

a) What can ACCAA do to alleviate the lack of communication issue within departments/colleges? Faculty don’t know when classes in own dept are cancelled…
b) Dana retiring as of June 4. What will happen to pre-health advising. ACCAA can write letter to COLS Dean and/or Provost with recommendations and rationale for maintaining a specialty advising role within a department, college or UARC.
NEW: It is possible COLS believes this will be handled by advising release awarded to kinesiology dept.
c) Is advising part of the new faculty performance evaluation and if not how could it be added?
