d. Approve Lee’s Emeritus Professor status in retirement

a. February Open House

b. Start thinking about finding two new tutors for next year

1. Request that we all maintain a Canvas portfolio so that we need only grant the Chair access every February
2. Annual Chair/faculty individual meetings moved to February/March
3. September qualification confirmation still occurs – just no meeting
ii. This semester I want us to consider further integration of the annual review and PTR processes (Bryan has ideas…)
iii. Please see e-mail for specific instructions of what I need from half of you as soon as possible
