a. February Open House
i. Tuesday (2/15): COLS BA/BS table in Sage Lobby

b. Start thinking about finding two new tutors for next year

i. I am starting to plan for an awards “banquet” – please forward any venue suggestions you might have

1. Request that we all maintain a Canvas portfolio so that we need only grant the Chair access every February
2. Annual Chair/faculty individual meetings moved to February/March
3. September qualification confirmation still occurs – just no meeting
ii. This semester I want us to consider further integration of the annual review and PTR processes (Bryan has ideas…)
