10 minutes – Break
40 minutes – Kim/Alison
(Optional Oshkosh Campus Tour)

Sign-In Sheet and available resume copies for Participants, Give Candidate Hard Copy of S&S Questions
Welcome to Forum and Introduce Interview Structure (Lori), 1 minute
Candidate Introduction (Candidate), 3 minutes
Search and Screen Committee Questions (All), 15 minutes
Open the Floor for Additional Questions (All Participants), 15 minutes
Candidate Questions, 15 minutes
Close Forum and Inform/Encourage Participants to Complete Feedback Form (Lori)
