Agenda

1. Approval of minutes from the 4/3/2023 meeting.

2. Updates from the Chair.

a. Fall enrollments and plans.

Recruiting and outreach.
i. Recent: Sheboygan high school student visit, 4-17, Preview Day, 4/21
ii. Math Contest: 4/25
b. Student Events:
i. UWO Quick Pitch competition Wednesday, April 26, 4:30, Reeve Theatre. Tyler Roscoe is presenting. Encourage students to attend!
ii. Celebration of Scholarship, Thursday, April 27. We have several students presenting.
iii. Honors Thesis Symposium. Maddie Young is presenting Tuesday, May 2, from 6:00 to 6:30.

c. Reminder: all department events and field trips are posted on the Department Outlook calendar.

3. The ADVANCE UWO team, Karee Orrick, Project Manager; Jennifer Christus, PI; Samantha Larson, co-PI; Dr. Denise Roseland, External Evaluator; Amy Hardy, Project Assistant. Purpose: to discuss the grant, our desired outcomes, and the next phases.
