a. Scholarships – Applications open soon. Below is an excerpt from their email:
We wanted to make you aware of an update we’ve made to the General Application this year. We will no longer be asking students to submit an advisement report/transcript on the General Application. We were finding that in some cases reviewers were penalizing students for not submitting that when it wasn’t a requirement. For scholarships that require verification of something on an advisement report, we’ve added that question to that individual application. Some departments like to look at an advisement report when evaluating an applicant’s academic achievement rather than just looking at their GPA. If that is the case for your department, please let us know so we add that requirement to your awards.
The scholarship cycle dates for this fall are as follows:

Current Students:
Application start date: 9/6/2023
Application end date: 11/5/2023
Review start date: 11/9/2023
Review end date: 12/15/2023

Incoming Students:
Application start date: 9/6/2023
Application end date: 3/15/2024 (the deadline has been delayed this year due to FAFSA changes)
Review start date: 3/20/2024
Review end date: 4/20/2024
