Regarding the Partnership Between Rent College Pads and The University of Wisconsin Oshkosh Off Campus Housing

WHEREAS: OSA is seeking to approve the partnership of Rent College Pads with the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh off campus housing; and

WHEREAS: OSA is committed to creating a better living experience around the Oshkosh campus that includes safer housing options and holding landlords accountable when necessary; and

WHEREAS: OSA will work with and support Rent College Pads to assist them in their partnership with UWO

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: OSA will offer specific recommendations for actions that will help assist Rent College Pads in their Partnership with the Oshkosh campus;

BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED: OSA will be specific and detailed as possible with the offered resolution.
