Agenda:
1. Call to Order
2. Approval of Agenda
3. Approve Minutes from 10/6/2022
4. Inclusivity Theme Events: Well-Being. Ideas: Book-binding – Journaling, Decoupage pumpkins/Yarn pumpkins, Black out poem, Recycle/Re-use/Re-purpose old books. Tuesday/Thursday may be best day to offer activities.
5. Budget: there is no budget for this committee.
6. Other Items:
a. UWO speakers, how do we tie-in and bring to our campus?
b. Quiz Bowl – hold again in March?
c. White Board Topics – Meaghan will oversee this weekly event.
d. Word Search Topics – Kathy will continue this event and tie into our campus happenings such as the play, concert, campus theme.
e. Black Maria Film Festival, hold in April (LGI-114), virtual link. Sponsor – Kelly will check with her 4-H group and let us know by January if approved.
f. Events – future/next semester – WI Humanities topics (free resource).
g. FDL Reads – collaboration with FDL Public Library. Charlie Behrens book. Meaghan has ordered in a copy for our library and will order more if a high volume of requests. More info to come from the FDL PL.
h. Other ideas: Library Talks – Meaghan is working on this. Discussed speaker gifts and PR efforts. More info to come.
