Parking Ticket (Citation) Appeal Form
A lost ticket, forgetfulness, parking only for a short period of time – with or without hazard lights on and/or not seeing the signs are NOT acceptable grounds for an appeal.
Evidence of a medical emergency or mechanical failure, if such information is the basis of your appeal, must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. Include “Appeal of Ticket” and the ticket number in the subject line.
All other appeals may or may not be granted at the discretion of the Parking Appeals Committee. Your appeal must be received by the Parking Services office or postmarked within 72 hours of the date and time the ticket was issued (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays).
If your appeal will not be received by Parking Services with 72 hours, please include in your appeal why it is late. Late appeals are not acceptable unless the extenuating circumstances are explained and then accepted by the Parking Appeals Committee.
Be sure to click the SUBMIT button once you have completed the form. A reply will then be sent to you within two business days of submitting the form. If you do not receive a reply within that time, please contact the Parking Services office at email@example.com.
