Motorcycle/Moped Permit Placement

Motorcycles and mopeds must display motorcycle parking permits and be parked only in designated areas, not in regular car stalls. Check the posted signs carefully.

Mopeds may be parked in approved bicycles racks, but they still must properly display valid motorcycle parking permits. Mopeds may not be driven on sidewalks; please walk your moped to a bicycle rack.  Driving on a sidewalk is in violation of Wisconsin State Statue 346.94 and such a violation would result in a fine and points against your driver’s license.
