Armed Robbery of a UW Oshkosh student

Off campus – 800 block Prospect Avenue

The Oshkosh Police Department is investigating an armed robbery that happened Thursday morning (Oct 2, 2014) at approximately 1:00 am in the area of 800 block of Prospect Avenue.

A 20 year old UW Oshkosh student was walking to his vehicle off campus from the area of the Arts and Communications building when he was approached by 2 unknown males.  One showed a possible weapon and demanded he give them his possessions.  The student complied with the demand and turned over his property. The suspects left the area walking down Prospect Avenue.

The description for the suspect males are:

#1 – White male, about 6 feet 3 inch tall, husky build  wearing a Black sweatshirt and dark colored jeans
#2 – White male, about 5’10 – 5’11”, skinny build wearing a dark blue sweatshirt and black sweatpants.
