Group Fitness Classes


Fitness on Demand

Now you can take a fitness class when you want (based on studio availability). Participate in yoga, strength training, cycling, cardio, dance and many more classes in Studio E at the SRWC with our “Fitness on Demand” system. Fitness on Demand availability is based on drop-in use.

 

Group Fitness Classes

Have fun and meet new people, all while getting fit. We offer a variety of group fitness classes to meet your needs. Our schedule changes from time to time as we add in new classes, or alter times to work for more people. Group Exercise classes are always free for individuals with current SRWC membership. Classes do not require registration, and are held at the SRWC.

Beginning Feb. 5, all classes in Studio E will require a pass for entry. Passes may be picked up at the front desk NO EARLIER than 15 minutes before the scheduled class start time. One pass per student maximum.
