Have fun and meet new people, all while getting fit. We offer a variety of group exercise classes all throughout the day to meet your needs. Group Exercise classes are always free for individuals with current SRWC membership, and are held at the SRWC or Albee Pool. View the schedule below!
Some classes have limited space available. Reserve your spot by adding your name to the class roster at the SRWC Welcome Desk any time the day of the class offering. Add your name in person or call ahead to the desk at (920) 424-1245.
The Group Exercise schedule is subject to change. Check back on this page for the most updated schedule! Unfortunately, sometimes classes will get cancelled last minute that day due to inclement weather, instructor illness etc. To get notified of these day of changes, text @srwcgroupx to the number 81010, and you’ll be added to our text list serve.
Fitness on Demand
Can’t make it to a scheduled class? No problem. Now you can take a group exercise class when ever you want! “Fitness on Demand” is like the Netflix of fitness, with over 150 different class offerings at your fingertips. Participate in yoga, strength training, cycling, cardio, dance and many more classes in Studio E at the SRWC. Stop by the Welcome Desk if you aren’t sure how to set it up! Fitness on Demand availability is based on drop-in use.
