Massage Therapy Appointment Request
Upon completing the request a massage therapist will be in touch in the next two (2) business days to schedule your appointment.
To help you prepare for your massage at the Student Recreation and Wellness Center (SRWC). please read the following instructions and policies carefully before your scheduled appointment.
Cancellation policy: A twelve (12) hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule all massage therapy sessions without charge. Full payment is required for all appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than six hours notice. To cancel or reschedule an appointment, you must contact your massage therapist directly: email@example.com
Please arrive to the SRWC front desk at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment time.
Payment is required prior to your massage and can be paid at the SRWC front desk. Massage therapy can be paid for with cash, check, credit card (no AMEX), or Titan dollars. If you have a gift certificate, please present the certificate to the SRCW front desk.
