Reeve Union

Reeve Union will be closed beginning Tuesday, March 24 until further notice. Reeve Union is committed to supporting students and university employees during this period of change. Staff are still working remotely and can be reached via email or phone. Visit our staff directory for a full list of Reeve Union employees.

Events on campus have been canceled until further notice. Virtual or remote events are currently in the planning stages. Visit our events page to see what events are currently scheduled.

Titan Central and Titan Dollars

Titan Central is closed and will not be processing in-person requests.

If you are continuing on as a student in Fall 2020, you can transfer your Titan Dollars balance to a UWO Gift Card. Please fill out the Transfer Titan Dollars to Gift Card Request form.

This page will continue to be updated on where we are in the gift card process, up to the point of mailing.

If you are transferring, withdrawing or graduating, your Titan Dollars balance can be refunded to you. Please fill out the Titan Dollars Refund Request form. Requests will be reviewed at the end of the semester.

For timely processing of these requests, the deadline to complete either of the forms is: June 5, 2020.

University Dining

When students formally moved out of the residence halls, current residential meal plans were discontinued. Completing the weekend check out alerted the University Dining office that the meal plan was ended. If you were approved by Residence Life to continue living on-campus, your current meal plan will continue through the end of your contract.


Students currently living on-campus with a meal plan

Blackhawk Commons will open only for students who are staying on-campus for the rest of the semester beginning Monday, March 23, 2020.
Monday – Friday (Effective March 23, 2020)

Lunch | 11:30 am – 1:00 pm
Dinner | 5:00 – 6:30 pm

Saturday & Sunday (Weekend of March 28 – 29)
Breakfast/Lunch | 9:00 am – 2:00 pm
Dinner | 4:30 – 6:00 pm

Monday – Friday (Effective March 30, 2020) 
Breakfast | 7:30 – 10:00 am
Lunch | 11:30 am – 1:00 pm
Dinner | 4:30 – 6:00 pm

Saturday & Sunday (Weekend of April 4 – 5)
Breakfast/Lunch | 9:00 am – 2:00 pm
Dinner | 4:30 – 6:00 pm

If students remaining in the residence halls are not feeling well enough to go to Blackhawk, they should fill out the Sick Meal Request Form.


Off-campus students with meal plans

If you live off-campus and have a meal plan, your plan will not automatically discontinue. You will be able to use your meal plan in Blackhawk Commons for meals beginning on Monday, March 30, 2020. Please be aware, there are reduced hours and all options are to-go only.

If you would like to cancel your meal plan, please fill out the Off-Campus Meal Plan Sign-Up/Change form.

For timely processing of these requests, the deadline to complete this form is: April 3, 2020.
