Workshop Wednesday Presents: Alone in a Crowded Room. In this workshop participants will learn about how the events such as natural and man-made disasters, physical and sexual abuse, and other traumatic situations create existential loneliness. If not addressed, these feelings of loneliness can lead to a deterioration of mental health and even suicidal thoughts and feelings. Participants will also gain insight into how the resolution of these feelings can lead to a greater sense of connection and wellbeing.
