Off-Campus Food Provider Waiver Request

  • According to the Use of Off-Campus Food Vendors policies, waivers are required when exceeding the limit of $200.00 in purchased or donated food and supplies from an approved vendor, or when wishing to use a vendor not on the approved vendor list. All requests must be submitted least fourteen (14) days in advance of the event for approval. If approved, you will receive an official waiver emailed to you from Aladdin and University Dining.
