» Transfer Titan Dollars to Gift Card Request University of Wisconsin Oshkosh

At the end of each school year, leftover Titan Dollars are removed from your account. We encourage students to either spend all their Titan Dollars or transfer to a UWO Gift Card. You can transfer your remaining balance to a UWO Gift Card in-person at Titan Central or online using this form.

UWO Gift Cards are valid for five years from the date the funds are moved. UWO Gift Cards can be used in the same manner as Titan Dollars.

To transfer your funds online, you must complete this form. Please note, to move your funds online, there will be a $4 charge to register your gift card and to cover processing/mailing fees. This fee will be paid from your remaining Titan Dollars balance. When Titan Central has processed the transfer, your gift card will be mailed to the address specified on this form.

Gift card registration ensures that in the event of a lost gift card, the remaining balance on the gift card can be reissued to you.

If you are transferring, withdrawing or graduating from UWO, and would like your Titan Dollars balance refunded, you should fill out the Titan Dollars Refund Request form. These refund requests will be reviewed after the completion of May-term.
