What is a NetID and helpful information regarding the NetID 

 

How to get access to PeopleSoft (Required) and FERPA compliance (Required)

  • Student Information System (SIS/PeopleSoft) and Navigate Access Request and FERPA Compliance Agreement for Administrative and Student Employee Users

    Supervisor must submit request form for SIS/PeopleSoft and Navigate Access.  Upon submission a FERPA Compliance Agreement will automatically be sent to the faculty/staff/student employee for completion.  Once the FERPA Compliance Agreement is completed by the employee, the access request will be reviewed, and the SIS/PeopleSoft or Navigate account will be created.  

    This form should be used to: 

    • Request an account for new faculty, staff or student employees who would like access to the administrative portion of the student information system (PeopleSoft) or Navigate.
    • Request a change to an account for faculty, staff or student employees who need updated access to the administrative portion of the student information system (PeopleSoft) or Navigate.
    • Request an account be locked for faculty, staff or student employees who no longer need access to the administrative portion of the student information system (PeopleSoft) or Navigate.

Transfer Credit Approval Process

 

Transferology/TES

With Transferology students can see how credits will transfer within UW System schools, Wisconsin Technical Colleges, and Wisconsin Tribal Colleges, as well as several two-year institutions from Minnesota and Illinois.  Faculty and Staff can use the Transfer Evaluation System (TES) to track and research evaluations to better assist our transfer students.
