Equipment Reservation Procedure

Students should make all equipment reservation requests using the form below. Equipment checkout for pick ups and returns takes place in AC W8 (basement).

Use this calendar for a reference when planning productions. You will still need to make an equipment reservation.

Equipment Reservation Request Form

Please fill out all of the fields in the form below. Submitting an equipment request is not a guarantee that your request will be met. You will be contacted by someone from RTF Equipment Checkout to confirm your request after checking on the availability of the equipment you have requested.

  • Enter the name of the person that the reservation will be listed under.
  • Enter the project name (Show or movie title, course number, or student org name)
  • Enter the equipment you would like to reserve.
    See the RTF Equipment Page if you aren't sure of the specific name of a piece of equipment.
