Dr. Warren Vaz is part of a multi-campus group working on several engineering projects related to sustainability. These include atmospheric pollution testing using drones, developing a solar energy-based micro-grid, and building a basic utility vehicle with an all-electric powertrain. He continually strives to incorporate the core elements of sustainability and sustainable development in his teaching. In addition, he assiduously involves students in his research projects and advises the Fox Engineering Society and serves as the faculty adviser for the rocketry team (Rocketeers).
