Sociology Students

Students are at the heart of all we do.

Sociology students at UW Oshkosh learn to research by completing their own research project starting in Sociology 381 and concluding in Senior Seminar (Sociology 481).

All majors analyze quantitative data, use statistical software and conduct a community-based research project.

We want our students to graduate with as much real-world experience as possible so they can make an impact wherever they go.

…sociology class really stood out to me.
