Follow the links below to complete each step of the application process. To be eligible for study abroad programs, undergraduate students must have a minimum GPA of 2.0, be in good standing, and meet course prerequisites. As part of the application process, your disciplinary file will be reviewed. If you have a campus disciplinary file, this will be taken into consideration when determining your eligibility. Undergraduates who do not meet minimum GPA and course requirements should contact the program leader prior to applying to determine course eligibility.

Use your UW Oshkosh email to login. If you are not a UW Oshkosh student, click here to apply as a visiting student.
The application involves applying for a passport if you do not already have one. If you have a passport, make sure it is valid for at least 6 months past your travel dates.
Students will not be able to confirm their participation (complete step II) on May 2024 programs until the estimated cost worksheets are available. Click here to see if your program cost is listed. If not, an email will be sent out when the updated cost is available (this should be in late November/early December).

Securing Your Place

Spots on the program are assigned in the order in which eligible applicants complete application Step I. To confirm your spot, Step II must also be completed by the application deadline. This means that you may be holding a spot following completion of Step I, but will not be confirmed to travel if you fail to complete Step II on time.

If you are on the waiting list, you may receive a seat if applicants who are holding spots do not complete Step II by the deadline.

May Term Program Deadlines:
International Nursing Clinical: Step I due by NOON on Friday 11/17, Step II due by NOON on Friday December 1st

Other May term programs: Step I due by NOON on Friday 12/1, Step II due by NOON on Friday December 8th

Summer and Fall Semester Program Deadlines:

Step I is due by NOON on Friday February 23rd, 2024

Step II is due by NOON on Friday March 2nd, 2024
