International Calls
Dial 9 (off campus number) or 011 to reach someone outside of U.S. +city code +local phone number
Troubleshooting
- Numbers from abroad may include a zero as the first number. You generally need to drop the initial zero.
- In other cases, you may need to add numbers. For example, in Mexico City the local number is 7 digits long. When calling that number from outside of Mexico, add an additional '5' in front of the local number to make that number 8 digits long.
