Dashboard Guide for Instructors

There are three dashboards containing data found in your oshkosh.qualtrics.com account.

Instructor Dashboard Response Rate and Courses

This dashboard contains three pages.

Instructor Response Rate Page

Shows surveys completed and responses based on section enrollment total. Instructors can filter by Term, Course and Section.

Instructor and Course Page

This dashboard will have data from students who completed the Student Opinion Survey. Your data will be presented as aggregate. You can filter based on class and term.

Clicking on each section adjusts the dashboard to your selections. There are other charts and graphs that can aid in improving instruction and give feedback.

Monthly Updates Page

Here you’ll find Actions and Improvements released at the end of each month.

Instructor Dashboard for Lab Courses

This dashboard contains data from departments with lab identifiers in PeopleSoft who wanted to include lab-specific questions. Data is made available only to instructors with this identifier and department opt-in. Data can be filtered by term, course and section.

Instructor Dashboard Colleges and Departments

This dashboard shows instructors their department and college data. The instructor can compare with their own data in the Instructor Dashboard Response Rate and Courses.
