While travelling to rural Georgia for military exercises, Froggy, a British demolitions expert, and his pathologically shy friend, Charlie, drop in on Betty, the owner of a nearby lodge. Froggy explains to Betty that Charlie is from another country and neither speaks nor understands English. So, Betty’s other lodgers carry on conversations in his presence without concern. Along the way, Charlie discovers a nefarious scheme. Charlie is chock full of surprises for everyone . . . craziness ensues.
