The new issue of Titan magazine available online now takes a look at how students, faculty and staff on all three campuses have turned the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh’s commitment to community engagement into thousands of hours of service through volunteer work and class projects in the greater Fox Valley area.
The cover story highlights how community was woven into the University Studies Program eight years ago and how UWO’s new Center for Civic and Community Engagement builds on that effort.
The new issue also includes:
- A message from Chancellor Andy Leavitt about the strong relationship between campus and community
- A feature on Titan women’s soccer sensational season
- An opportunity to support UWO’s new Titan Thunder marching band, set to debut next fall
Take some time to explore Titan magazine, UWO’s alumni and donor publication.
