Rich Mitchell, aka “Barber Rich,” made a visit to Reeve Memorial Union on April 7 to issue a few haircuts and share stories and wisdom from his life. Mitchell spent time in prison and is now a local business owner and life coach. Mitchell and friend Alejandro G.S. Garza talked about the wrong paths they took earlier in life that led to multiple incarcerations. Mitchell now owns Rich’s Barber Shop in Omro. The visit was a part of Titan Men of Diversity Week.
