The University of Wisconsin Oshkosh Bowling Club’s men’s team continues to have its best season in years, after recently placing first at the Chippewa Valley Invite … the first tournament win in team history.

UW Oshkosh junior Cale Rusch, an interactive web management major from Appleton, became the third player in club history to lead the tournament. Junior Colby Hietpas, a communications studies major from Kaukauna, was named to the All Tournament Team.

The regular bowling season runs from September to March. The team—led by captain Matthew Steffen, a sophomore radio TV film major from Sheboygan—practices from 6 to 9 p.m. Wednesdays and Thursdays at Rolling Thunder Lanes in Neenah.
