Wendy Lewis is a pioneer. The 1979 University of Wisconsin Oshkosh graduate was the first HR executive in Major League Baseball and held similar positions in MLB’s commissioner’s office and McDonald’s Global. She’s now an executive consultant and her company, Wendy Lewis LLC, helps organizations execute diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) strategies.
