Flags will be flown at half-staff on at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh Friday, July 1, 2011. The Governor has directed that federal and state flags shall be flown at half-staff at all buildings, grounds, and military installations of the State of Wisconsin until sunset on that date as a mark of respect for Specialist Tyler R. Kreinz of the United States Army who lost his life while serving his country during Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan.
