The Ntxhais Ci Laim competitive Hmong dancing team perform April 8 in UW Oshkosh’s Reeve Memorial Union as part of Asian Pacific American Heritage Month. Ntxhais Ci Laim, which means “shimmering” or “shining,” is comprised of students from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh and area high schools.
