The Oshkosh Chamber Singers, under the artistic direction of Carl Chapman, will open their 24th season at 4:30 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 1., in the Arts and Communication Center’s Music Hall.
“Made in America” will showcase American composers, including Copland, Billings, Bernstein, and many others. Prior to the concert at 4 p.m., Rebecca Spurlock will provide a guided tour of the music and the genius behind it in “Speaking of Music.”
Tickets cost $13 in advance and may be purchased at Henri’s Music and Apple Blossom Books or by calling (920) 233-3312. Tickets also can be purchased for $16 at the door. Admission for UW Oshkosh students is $5.
