Scott Chicoine, CEO of UW Oshkosh Credit Union, announced the recent election of Jim Chitwood to the credit union board of directors.

Chitwood recently retired from UW Oshkosh after an almost 30 year career serving, most recently as Dean of Students and Director of Residence Life.  He holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees from UW-Platteville and a Ph.D. from the University of Northern Colorado and is active in many civic and philanthropic endeavors in Oshkosh.

“I’ve known Jim for about the past 12 years from his professional position at UW Oshkosh and from his civic efforts in Oshkosh,” Chicoine said. “We think he is an excellent addition to our board. We are all very excited about working with him at the credit union.”

The UW Oshkosh Credit Union is a $23 million open charter credit union serving the staff, faculty, retirees, students, alumni (and immediate family members) of UW Oshkosh plus the surrounding community.
