The University of Wisconsin Oshkosh Business Success Center’s board approved three new board members at the February board meeting.

The board also recognized two members for their long term service to the board.

The 21-member, volunteer board has a mission to further the development of UW Oshkosh and the community by serving as the gateway for engaging University resources.

The three new approved members include Stephen Zich,Leader of Marketing at Goodwill NCW; Mandi Hinrichs, President of Flash Trucking; and Michael Audit, Owner of MJA Consulting.

Officers for 2016 include President Mickey Noone; Vice President Archie Stam, President of Marvel Manufacturing; Treasurer Tim Mulloy, retired VP of Liberty Mutual Group; Secretary Tony Renning, attorney/shareholder, Stang, Patteson, Renning, Lewis & Lacy, s.c.

Zich is a lifelong resident of the Fox Cities and serves as the Leader of Marketing at Goodwill Industries of North Central Wisconsin. He obtained his undergraduate degree from UW Oshkosh and earned a master’s degree in marketing from Concordia University.

Hinrichs is the president of her family business, FLASH trucking, based out of Green Lake Wisconsin. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.

Audit is the owner of MJA Consulting, LLC, a business consulting company out of Oshkosh. Audit received a bachelor’s and master’s degree in chemical engineering from Michigan Tech. He also holds a master’s degree in business administration from Widener University in Pennsylvania.

The retiring members of the board are: Phil Florek and Thomas Sonnleitner.

Florek served on the BSC board since 2010. He is a senior business counselor for the UW Oshkosh Small Business Development Center Network. He also serves as an Executive in Residence for the UW Oshkosh College of Business. He is a lecturer in the undergraduate and MBA programs as well as a frequent speaker to organizations and professional groups.

Sonnleitner served on the BSC board since March 2010. He recently retired as the vice chancellor for administrative services at UW Oshkosh after holding the role for 16 years.
