Ingredients:

  • Pre-made quinoa
  • 1 diced tomato
  • ½ chopped cucumber
  • ½ chopped avocado
  • 2 squeezes of lemon

 

Directions:

  1. Add quinoa to a bowl.
  2. Add diced tomatoes, cucumber pieces and chopped avocado to the quinoa.
  3. Mix the medley together and squeeze lemon to taste.
