University of Wisconsin Oshkosh sophomore art student Zel Billings, of Oshkosh, received an Undergraduate Small Grant to pursue his scholarly creative project: “Wire weft: A study in cloth and metal.”
The grant helped with his exploration into the possibilities of weaving with wire, which is a more expensive medium than traditional thread.
