University of Wisconsin Oshkosh psychology student Amy Hodel, of Omro, paired with assistant professor Justyna Olszewska on a 2018-2019 Undergraduate Student-Faculty Collaborative grant project, “Perceptual similarity of concrete and abstract images and false memories formation.”

Olszewska is interested in the constructive nature of memory and the scientific understanding of memory errors that arise in both short- and long-term memory.
