New and current students of UW Oshkosh and its three campuses: Your email is now through Outlook.

If you had a gmail account, that email is no longer receiving mail. All new mail is going to your Outlook account.

Email addresses remain the same, but users will log in using their NetID and password, the same ID and password used to access D2L.

Staff, faculty and students can access Outlook at outlook.office.com.  For more information on setting up Outlook visit the Information Technology website about the migration.

Users still have a campus-associated Google account, but apps like Gmail and Google Calendar have been turned off.  Access is still available to Google Docs and Google Sheets.

Oshkosh campus faculty and staff moved from Gmail to Outlook on July 8. Staff, faculty and students on the Fond du Lac and Fox Cities campuses were brought into the UW Oshkosh email system the week of July 22.
