University of Wisconsin Oshkosh students will report on their recent trip to the ninth-annual White Privilege Conference in Springfield, Mass., from 1:15 to 2:30 p.m. May 1 in Room 222 of Clow Nursing/Education.

The conference, featuring the theme of “Critical Liberation Praxis: Creating Transformation for Social Justice,” provided a forum for discussions about diversity, multicultural education and leadership, social justice, race/racism, sexual orientation, gender relations, religion and other systems of privilege and oppression.
