The University of Wisconsin Oshkosh Alumni Association is seeking nominations for successful graduates for two top awards—the Distinguished Alumni Award and the Outstanding Young Alumni Award.
Nominations are due March 1.
“The UWO Alumni Awards program is so important because it provides the opportunity to showcase the amazing talent, dedicated work ethic and generosity of our graduates,” said UWO alumni relations director Christine Gantner. “It also allows us to highlight the positive impact they are making in their communities, state, nation and world.”
The Distinguished Alumni Award, the highest award that alumni can receive from the association, is given to individuals who are active in their professional fields and are widely recognized for their career accomplishments.
The Outstanding Young Alumni Award, honoring alumni who have graduated within the last 15 years, is given to graduates based on professional and civic accomplishments and future promise.
Awards will be presented during Homecoming Weekend, Oct. 24-24, 2020.
