Wisconsin Lt. Gov. Mandela Barnes and Rep. Gordon Hintz visited the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh Thursday for a tour of the College of Education and Human Services (COEHS) academic building. Funding for renovations to the facility, first requested in 2011, is included in Gov. Tony Evers’ proposed budget but needs approval by the state legislature.
