Members of the campus and surrounding communities gather Oct. 1 for a rally outside Polk Library and march to the steps of the Winnebago County Courthouse to “break the silence” and “stop the violence.” The 18th-annual Fox Cities Take Back the Night concluded with a candlelight vigil and survivor speaker. The event is sponsored by Christine Ann Domestic Abuse Services, Harbor House Domestic Abuse Programs, Oshkosh Police Department, REACH Counseling Services, and UWO CARE and MenCARE student organization.
