UW Oshkosh has received $69,878 from UW System’s Committee on Baccalaureate Expansion (COBE) for the creation of an online leadership certificate leading to the Bachelor of Applied Studies degree for northeastern Wisconsin technical college students. Martin Tadlock, Life Long Learning and Community Engagement, is the project director.
