Laconia High School students separated and identified DNA fragments of E. coli cells Jan. 7 during a five-hour lab coordinated by the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh’s Science Outreach Program. The advanced placement molecular biology laboratory included hands-on techniques and experiments.
