Menasha, Wis. (Oct. 14, 2015)- On Saturday, Nov. 7, local chefs will serve up delicious dishes for scholarships at the UW-Fox Valley Foundation E.A.T.S. (educational assistance through scholarships) 2015 event at the University of Wisconsin-Fox Valley Communication Arts Center from 6-9 p.m.

E.A.T.S., presented by Richard & Amy Jo Aylward, is the UW-Fox Valley Foundation’s biggest fundraiser of the year and has raised more than $600,000 in support for student scholarships at UWFox since 1997. This year, more than 40 community leaders and faculty/staff chefs will show off their culinary skills for event guests, and five “Community Celebrity Chefs” will compete for the title of Top Chef.

“Each year, E.A.T.S. provides an evening filled with great food, live music, entertainment and a silent auction and this year will be no exception,” said Mary Beth Leopold, executive director of the UW-Fox Valley Foundation. “Our goal this year is to raise $75,000 for scholarships so that students, regardless of their economic situation, can attend UWFox and focus on their education with fewer worries about the financial burden and go on to achieve great things for themselves and the community.”

Tickets are available online at eatsuwfoxfoundation.com/tickets or by contacting the Foundation office at (920) 832-2849.
