Alumni Supper Club Night at Marks East Side

Please join fellow UWO alumni for a presentation by Mary Bergin ’79, author of The Wisconsin Supper Club Cookbook-Iconic Fare and Nostalgia from Landmark Eateries, and Mark Dougherty ’82, owner of Marks East Side for nearly 35 years.
Mary will talk about her book which features Mark’s creamy potato bacon soup. Mary’s book will be available for purchase and signing. Mark will share what it takes to operate a successful restaurant.
The program will be held at Marks East Side on Tuesday, April 19 from 4 to 5 p.m. Mark’s famous creamy potato bacon soup will be served along with coffee, tea or milk. Cash bar will be available. Guests are encouraged to make dinner reservations on their own to follow the presentation.
