Happiness Challenge 2017: Just Breathe

FreeThe UWO Counseling Center is hosting the Happiness Challenge. This is an event with weekly themes aimed to provide tips and tricks for UWO students to be healthier and happier in life! Even better, you can attend this event from anywhere, just check out the Counseling Center’s Facebook page for information on how to get involved! Theme for Weeks 4 and 5: Just Breathe. Give yourself permission to slow down, practice deep breathing, tune into your body, try mindfulness activities or meditation. Developing these skills can lower stress and help improve your mood.
