A researcher and scholar whose research promotes access and equality in higher education and explores the social and political context of educational opportunities for historically marginalized communities will speak during a two-day visit.

Cristobal Salinas Jr. will lead two discussions:

Salinas is the founder editor for the Journal Committed to Social Change on Race and Ethnicity and social media editor for the Community College Journal of Research and Practice.

The event is free and open to the UW Oshkosh community.
