“The Impact of Socioeconomic Status on Young Adults in India”

April 14, 2015 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm

Sex trafficking and child labor affects young adults in India. The young adults that are in sex trafficking and child labor don’t have equal access to education or safe community to help them. There are ways of preventing sex trafficking and child labor from happening even though it takes time and effort. There are programs that help address the exploitation of young adults around the world and in India. This presentation will focus on these issues and access to higher education. This presentation is provided by Social Justice Minor Program Capstone students, Rebecca Gwinn and Elizabeth Johnson.
