UWO Photography and Videography Services

The University Marketing and Communications office at UW Oshkosh offers marketing photography and videography services.

To request photography or videography for an event or other project, please fill out our UMC Project Request form.

Headshots for Students, Faculty and Staff

Open Studio Portrait Sessions are offered each month in the UMC photography studio. Photos are taken on a first-come-first-served basis. No appointment is necessary during an open studio headshot session. The UMC photography studio is located in Dempsey Hall, room 310. Upcoming open studio portrait sessions:

• May 10, 12-1 p.m.
• May 23, 12-1 p.m.
• June 1, 11 a.m.-12 p.m.
• June 13, 11 a.m.-12 p.m.

All University headshots can be accessed online at uwo.sh/headshots.

SEARCHING FOR A SPECIFIC HEADSHOT
If you are searching for a particular headshot use Flickr’s photostream filtering area. Select the magnifying glass on the right side of the screen then enter the name you are looking for in the search bar at the top of the screen on the right hand side.

Use the instructions below for downloading your headshot from Flickr. Please allow 7–10 working days for photo processing.
