UWO-Fond du Lac Foundation, Inc.
As the official fundraising and gift-receiving organization for the Fond du Lac campus, the UWO-Fond du Lac Foundation, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
The Foundation was established in 1974 to provide scholarships to both entering and continuing students and grants for professional development of the faculty and staff. Through the generosity of individuals, businesses and alumni responding to annual appeals, the Foundation has been able to award increasingly greater amounts to deserving individuals.
Mission Statement
The mission of the Foundation is to promote excellence at the Fond du Lac campus while enhancing the educational and cultural activities available on its campus.
The Foundation’s primary objectives are to provide scholarships for students and professional development opportunities for faculty and staff and to help improve the resources available to students, faculty and staff, the campus, and the foundation.

Annual Fund Campaign
Your gifts to the Foundation Annual Fund Campaign support excellence on the Fond du Lac campus while enhancing the educational and cultural activities on campus.
Berger Book Fund
The Berger Book Fund is administered by the Foundation to provide financial assistance to UWO Fond du Lac students who might have difficulty purchasing books and academic supplies. Funding for this program is made possible through the generous gifts made to honor the memory of Joseph S Berger, Jr., who with his father Joseph S Berger, Sr., was instrumental in the establishment of the Fond du Lac campus. To make a contribution to the Berger Book Fund, please use our gift form and designate this fund.
Scholarships
More than $45,000 in scholarships to new and continuing Fond du Lac students are awarded by the Foundation for the Fond du Lac campus every academic year. Scholarships of $500 to $2,500 are awarded in the spring and recognized at a student/donor recognition reception in the fall. Click here for more information about scholarships.
Celebration Walk Brick
Through the Celebration Walk Brick campaign, your purchase of commemorative bricks on the Celebration Walk at the Fond du Lac campus helps to build the foundation for the future. Bricks are highly visible and permanent statements of remembrance and support for the campus. Please use our order form to purchase a commemorative brick or contact the Foundation office.

Board Members
The Foundation supports the Fond du Lac campus through its mission to promote excellence while enhancing the educational and cultural activities available on its campus. The Foundation Board continues to provide this margin of excellence by providing scholarships and other support.
